Available in 16 variants, the TILT-LOCK spigot system accommodates almost every mounting option, including top-fixed, side-fixed and edge-fixed models. The system’s clean architectural lines create a sleek, modern facade that is aesthetically pleasing and cost-efficient for structural glass railings.
With the TILT-LOCK technology, you can easily adjust the glass using the grub screws to tilt the glass forward or backward by up to 30mm, ensuring a perfect fit every time. This straightforward installation process eliminates the need to spend hours leveling each spigot. Simply insert the glass into the spigot, use a spirit level to achieve the desired position, and lock it in place. No holes in the glass mean a more robust, reliable system, providing both installers and end-users peace of mind.
TILT-LOCK spigots are available in the 82 and 96 series: the smaller 82 series is designed for 12mm to 17.52mm glass, and the larger 96 series is capable of accommodating 12mm to 25.52mm glass. Fully engineered and tested, the system comes in a range of finishes and is compatible with SGP (SentryGlas Plus) interlayers.
